After our 15 minute phone call, I’ll send you an email with a customized nutrition coaching plan. Once we establish our coach/client relationship, I’ll send you some of my favorite recipes, menu ideas, handouts, and a worksheet you can get started with right away. Customized packages may include unlimited email access, enrollment in an 8 week online wellness course, private phone/video appointments, and more.
