- 1¾ cup chopped apple, divided
- ½ cup unsweetened plain yogurt of choice (I used unsweetened plain coconut yogurt)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or ground cinnamon)
- 1 teaspoon Perfect Spirulina Powder
- ½ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened cashew milk)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds, divided
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Combine 1¼ cup apple, yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, spirulina to blender, blend on high, and gradually add milk until desired thickness is reached.
- Transfer to a bowl, stir in 2 tablespoons chia seeds, and allow to thicken for about 5 minutes before topping with remaining apples, blueberries, chia seeds, and pecans before serving.
