Even if you’re a meat-eater, you probably know someone who lives a vegetarian, vegan, or plant-based lifestyle. As I sit here dreaming about Thanksgiving, snow on the ground and a hot mug of coffee in hand (ahem, my third), I realized that I have the makings of an all-out, 24 hour-long feast right here on TGG.
For breakfast, a smoothie bowl or tempeh bacon. Lunch: roasted beet sandwiches or cranberry chickpea salad. So many fall soups, baked pasta, pears with chocolate sauce, and chai spice bars. You’ve got some decisions to make…and a whole lot of cooking to get into. 🙂
