Green Apple Lentil Smoothie

This vegan Apple Smoothie is the ideal breakfast to make when you have leftover cooked lentils!

How to Make it:

1. Gather your ingredients: 1 1/4 C lentils, 1 C frozen spinach, 1 cucumber, 2 apples, 2 Tbsp each chia seeds and maple syrup, 1 tsp each ginger, cinnamon, and matcha, and ice cubes and water.

2. Add everything to a blender and blend on high 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into glasses and garnish with apple slices and cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
