How to Make a Spiced Oat Milk Latte
This is a creamy, dairy-free latte with warming winter spices:
Cinnamon Cardamom Cloves Ginger
1. Heat oat milk, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, whole cloves, ginger, and salt in a small saucepan over low-medium heat for 10 minutes, or until warm and just starting to bubble.
2. Pour the warm oat milk through a fine-mesh strainer into a liquid measuring cup. Whisk milk vigorously until frothy.
3. Pour 1/2 cup brewed espresso coffee into a mug. Pour frothed milk on top. Dust with cinnamon if desired and stir gently.
