Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

Make this creamy, dairy-free green goddess dressing in just 5 minutes. It'll upgrade any salad, wrap or veggie dish!

You'll need: - plain, dairy-free yogurt alternative - fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives, dill) - lemon - garlic - olive oil - salt and pepper

First, add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender.  Add yogurt alternative, fresh herbs, lemon, garlic,olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Then, blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes, or until it's smooth and creamy. You may need to pause to scrape down the sides with a spatula.

Store Vegan Green Goddess Dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. (This recipe is great for meal prep!)
