Ingredients
1cupwhole raw pumpkin seedsseeds from 1 small pumpkin
1tablespoongrapeseed oilor cooking oil of choice
1tablespoonsmoked paprika
1limezest and juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300º F and prepare a baking sheet. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl and then spread on baking sheet. Roast until browned and crunchy, 30-40 minutes, stirring with a spatula occasionally.
