4-5ice cubes
2teaspoonspumpkin pie spiceor ground cinnamon
1teaspoonPerfect Spirulina Powder
½cupmilk of choiceI used unsweetened cashew milk
3tablespoonschia seedsdivided
½cupchopped pecans
Instructions
Combine 1 ¼ cup apple, yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, spirulina to blender, blend on high, and gradually add milk until desired thickness is reached.
Transfer to a bowl, stir in 2 tablespoons chia seeds, and allow to thicken for about 5 minutes before topping with remaining apples, blueberries, chia seeds, and pecans before serving.
