Habanero Jicama Guacamole
Classic guacamole with a twist. Spicy habanero pepper and crunchy raw jicama are mixed with mashed avocados for a creamy and refreshing Mexican-inspired snack.

avocados
peeled and pits removed

medium tomato
diced

jicama root
about 1 ½ cups, peeled and chopped
¼
red onion
minced

habanero pepper
minced, seeds/ribs removed if desired

cloves
garlic
minced
1
lime
zest and juice
¼
cup
fresh cilantro
chopped

scallion
chopped
Instructions
Add avocado to a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
