DIY Chai Spice Mix
Infuse whole spices with black tea leaves for a traditional cup of chai or add milk for a chai latte. This blend can also be infused with oatmeal and other grain-based breakfasts. Grind the spice blend to use in baked goods such as cookies, pancakes, and granola.

Combine whole spices in a jar or airtight container and store in cool, dry place.
Add whole spices to a loose tea infuser or wrap in cheesecloth to infuse in beverages, oatmeal/grain dishes. Grind spice blend to include in baked goods, chia pudding, overnight oats, and/or smoothies.
