Blackberry Chia Jam with Lemon and Rosemary (DIY Homemade Christmas Gift Idea!)
This simple homemade chia jam recipe is naturally sweetened and filled with delicious flavors from berries, lemon, and an infusion of fresh rosemary. DIY Christmas gift/stocking stuffer!

10 ounces frozen or fresh blackberries
zest and juice
sprigs fresh rosemary
Add blackberries to hot saucepan, stir occasionally and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and then simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and remove rosemary sprigs. Transfer to jars and allow jam to continue to thicken as it cools. Use within one month for best results.
