2cupsSo Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Coconutmilk yogurt alternative
Add So Delicious yogurt alternative, mango, grated orange peel, orange juice, chia seeds, and ginger to a blender container. Cover and blend on high 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thin, add more mango or chia seeds and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick, add more orange juice (or water) and blend again.
Notes
Whole juiced oranges give this smoothie its fresh flavor, however, you may substitute with bottled orange juice and omit the orange peel if you want to cut down the prep time and make this recipe easier.
