2cupswhole strawberries(see note)
1pintSo Delicious No Sugar Added Vanilla Bean Coconutmilk Frozen Dessert
⅛teaspoonsalt
Fresh mint leaves for garnish(optional)
Instructions
Add strawberries, So Delicious Frozen Dessert, and salt to the blender container. Cover and blend on high 30 seconds or until smooth.
Transfer to glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
I use the entire strawberry (including the green leaves), which helps cut back on prep time and food waste. Feel free to slice off the tops or hull strawberries before adding them to the blender if desired.
