Ingredients
Balsamic Dressing:
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
½tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1teaspoonmaple syrup
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
Salad:
1cupsliced strawberries
½cupcanned chickpeas,drained and rinsed
2ouncesfresh mozzarella balls,halved
¼cupfresh basil leaves,torn if large
Instructions
Prepare the dressing:
Whisk extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the salad:
Mix strawberries, chickpeas, mozzarella, and basil.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss until the salad is evenly coated.
