Ingredients
½cuppacked baby spinach
2tablespoonwater
1large frozen bananaabout 1 cup
1cupfrozen mango chunks
1teaspoonmatcha green tea powder
½teaspoonturmeric
½teaspoonvanilla
1tablespooneach ground flaxchia seeds, hemp seeds
1.25cupsunsweetened milk of choiceI used almond milk
1-2datesoptional
Coconut flakes for toppingoptional, toast if desired
Instructions
Add spinach and water to blender and blend until spinach is pureed. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add additional milk and/or ice if desired.
Transfer to glass and top with coconut flakes if desired
