Ingredients

large apple
chopped

pecans

dates
pitted

rolled oats
gluten free if needed

cup
hemp seeds
1 ½
teaspoon
cinnamon + additional for rolling

teaspoon
nutmeg
pinch
vanilla bean or pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until dough-like consistency formed.
Use hands to roll dough into balls, roll in cinnamon if desired, and store in freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.
